Zhongjie Wang

Zhongjie Wang is a highly accomplished Ph.D. candidate in Network Security and Program Analysis from the University of California, Riverside. With over a decade of experience in various fields including internet measurement, computer networks, and trading systems, Zhongjie has developed an extensive skill set in static and dynamic program analysis, data-flow analysis, symbolic execution, and taint analysis, to name a few. His interests lie in the areas of information security, computer networks, and trading systems.
Zhongjie earned his Bachelor of Engineer degree in Information Security from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and later pursued his Master of Science in Distributed Systems, P2P Networks, Next Generation Internet from Peking University. Throughout his academic career, Zhongjie has been actively involved in research and has held several research internships at esteemed institutions such as Samsung Research America and ICSI - International Computer Science Institute.
Zhongjie has also worked as a Research Software Development Intern at Microsoft Research Asia and as a Google Summer of Code Student Developer at the Umit Project and The Honeynet Project. He has also had a stint as a Technology & Data Intern at Morgan Stanley and QA Engineer at NetEase.
