Zhiyuan Cheng

Zhiyuan Cheng is a skilled individual with a diverse engineering background. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he excelled as a Research Assistant at the Materials Research Laboratory. Zhiyuan went on to pursue a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and Colloids, Polymers, and Surfaces at Carnegie Mellon University, where he continued to distinguish himself as a Graduate Student Researcher and Research Assistant.

Zhiyuan has worked as a Process Control Engineer and Process Engineer at Industrial Learning Systems, and as a Product Support Engineer at OSIsoft and AVEVA. As a Product Support Engineer, Zhiyuan leverages his technical knowledge and understanding of the OSIsoft PI software, offering technical assistance to diverse clients across various industries. Moreover, Zhiyuan draws on his experience in research and development to provide comprehensive and tailored support to clients, while also helping to shape support policies and protocols.
