I was brought in as hire #6 to develop and deploy our center launch playbook for our multi-state deployment of primary care centers. I work hand-in-hand with the ELT and each department leader to manage dependencies in the workflows and mitigate problems to ensure centers are opened in a timely manner for AEP (e.g. procurement, IT, licensures, payor relations, etc).

In this role, I gained more experience in non-profit development work. From re-engaging lapsed donors, and re-committing current partners to fundraise $105,000 in support of the MLK Day of Service event, to restructuring and managing the young professionals board in raising $68,000, which surpassed the annual goal by 35%, I have a proven track record of strong relationship development and managing a portfolio ~$2M in revenue.

Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships

As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, I managed a $1.6M portfolio of 16 corporate donors. Through stewardship and engagement, I grew our signature Team Sponsor program to include 9 major donors at or above $100,000 as well as increase revenue from existing parters by $85,000. To best support this work, I also initiated new processes for stronger, more collaborative internal cross-departmental relationships.

Corporate Partnerships Manager

While serving as a Team Leader with City Year New York, I managed and advised a team of ten while they implemented the Social Emotional Learning, Literacy Tutoring and After School Services we provide. Through observation, evaluation and feedback I grew the quality and impact of our work. By stewarding the established relationships with school administration and staff, I created more opportunities of growth for our 5-year partnership.

At City Year New York, I worked with the students of PS 83, an elementary school in East Harlem. From working with focused groups of students in attendance, literacy and social emotional coaching, to creating and implementing an after-school program, City Year has provided me with an incredible experience.
