Zeferino Teka is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in development programming, research, consulting, management, political analytics, advisory, team building, and multi-sectoral networking.

He pursued his education with dedication, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Philosophy, and International Development from The Open University.

Throughout his career, Zeferino has held key roles in prestigious organizations, including serving as a Program Specialist at UNDP, Program Manager at The Open University, Political Specialist at the U.S. Department of State, Assistant Researcher at IQPC, Visiting Researcher at the Centre for Policy Research in International Services and Manufacturing, and Research Consultant at AIDS Foundation of South Africa.
