Zeev Fisher

Zeev Fisher is the founder of Fresh Portugal, a legal advisory firm specializing in expat services in Portugal.1 He is a lawyer admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including Portugal, the UK, Ireland, and Israel.13 Zeev has over two decades of cross-border experience handling complex matters, particularly in tax and intellectual property.1

Prior to founding Fresh Portugal, Zeev:

• Founded a legal-tech startup in the IP space, raising about $2 million2
