Zdenka Niko

Zdenka Niko is an accomplished Business and Life coach, holding a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Informatics. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she has an extensive background in coaching, training, and leadership. Zdenka has held various leadership roles including Head of Retail Network at VUB, and Regional Director at several financial organizations including SLSP and ČSOB Finančná skupina.

Before venturing into coaching, Zdenka gained experience in various fields including teaching at Elementary School Mariánska, and Hotel Academy of J. Kalinčiak. She also worked as an Insurance Adviser and Unit Manager at ING, and owned and trained in a fitness studio.

Zdenka's journey as a coach began at Business Coaching College where she studied Business Coaching, Life Coaching, Group, and Team Business Coaching, and Systemic Coaching. Her expertise in coaching, training, and leadership is well-acknowledged, and she is also known for her creative writing skills, having authored the story of Apartments on the Trinity Square in Banská Štiavnica.
