Zara Howard

Zara Howard is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

Zara earned her High School Diploma from Palo Alto High School before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Women's Studies: Public Health at Pitzer College.

She also studied Sociology of Health/Medicine and Spanish at the Institute for Central American Developmental Studies in Costa Rica, and the Friends School of Baltimore.

Zara's career includes significant roles such as University Recruiting Manager for Diversity at Facebook, where she excelled in recruiting top talent.

Prior to her managerial position, Zara served as a University Recruiter at Facebook, showcasing her expertise in talent acquisition and fostering relationships with educational institutions.

Her previous experiences range from being an Adjudicator at the International Debate Educational Association, a U.S. Representative & University Recruiter at the Fulbright Commission, to a Fulbright Scholar at the Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College-Psychico College.

Zara's commitment to women's health is evident through her role as a Women's Health Intern at Ancient Paths Midwifery and her mentorship as an ESL Teacher at the Pomona Economic Opportunity Center.

She also contributed to community health as a Health Outreach Worker at Equipo Básico de Atención Integral en Salud in Costa Rica.
