He is a graduate of Physics and Engineering Physics from Princeton University and Classical Piano Performance from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.

Pease's career highlights include his stint as Senior Director of Product at Hyperscience, a technology startup company that focuses on bringing artificial intelligence to various industries. He was also a Partner at Product Co-op, where he worked as a venture investor. Furthermore, Pease was a co-founder and Head of Product at Nomad Health, a technology-enabled healthcare staffing platform for medical professionals. In addition, he was an Investment Team member of Union Square Ventures.
