Zander Olsson

Zander Olsson is a corporate attorney based in Cooley's San Francisco office, focusing on representing venture capital funds and emerging growth companies.

His expertise lies in formation, corporate governance, complex venture capital financings, and various M&A transaction structures.

Zander holds a J.D. degree, Cum Laude, from the University of California, College of the Law in San Francisco, and has also pursued Graduate Coursework in Finance at Sciences Po.

He completed his undergraduate studies with a B.A. in History (Diplomatic History) & Political Science (International Relations) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Diplôme in International Relations from Sciences Po.

Furthermore, he obtained a Bilingual International Baccalaureate from the French American International School in San Francisco, CA.
