Zalika Woods is an accomplished event planner and producer with a proven track record in leadership roles. With a positive attitude and a can-do approach, she excels in virtual and in-person event planning for mid to large-scale meetings and conferences.

Zalika's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Morgan State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management with a focus on Destination and Event Management from Temple University, and additional studies at Hampton University.

Currently, Zalika holds the position of Associate Director of Events at The Institute for Innovation & Implementation, where she leads event operations. Her previous roles include Assistant Director of Events at the same institute, as well as various positions in event management, catering, and hospitality at esteemed organizations like University of Pennsylvania, The Franklin Institute, and Please Touch Museum.

Zalika's skill set includes strategic planning, client and vendor relationship management, project leadership, and logistical execution of events. She is known for her ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage stress effectively, and deliver successful event experiences.
