Zain Dhareeja is a managing partner at AG Mena, a Dubai-based firm that offers legal and corporate services, as well as citizenship and residency solutions. He is a US-qualified lawyer licensed by the New York State Bar with a focus on estate planning, asset structuring, and second citizenship. Dhareeja is also the founder of Spacemize, a company that provides co-working, shared workspaces, and flexible working solutions to help individuals and companies reduce their fixed office expenses.

Dhareeja earned an MA in International Relations from the University of Nottingham and an LLB in Law and Property Valuation from City, University of London. Prior to his role at AG Mena, he served as legal counsel at Al Ghurair Commodities LLC and was a founding partner at ARCH MIGRATION. Additionally, he has held various management positions throughout his career, including at Mehran (Midlands) Limited and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
