Parnell has studied numerous courses related to leadership, rigging engineering, and business management. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.

Currently serving as the President & CEO of Industrial Training International, Inc., Parnell is responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide training programs to industrial workers globally. His expertise includes helping people develop skills for meaningful work. He is also an accomplished mentor to young men and enjoys baseball, surfing, bow hunting, and kiteboarding.

In the past, Parnell has served as an advisor at Immerse and co-founded DeepCanopy. He also held various roles including Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development at Industrial Training International, Inc.
