Zack Brown

Zack Brown is the Co-founder and CEO of PaxCorp, a company he established in February 2023, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. PaxCorp focuses on enabling developers, designers, and no-coders to collaboratively create software. Under his leadership, the company aims to enhance developer experience and cross-platform portability through innovative technology solutions, including high-performance rendering using languages like Rust and C.1

Before founding PaxCorp, Zack Brown was involved in several significant roles:

• Independent Researcher at the Pax Open Source Project from September 2021 to January 2023, where he designed and built foundational components for the Pax language and its associated technologies.1
• Co-founder and CEO of Haiku® from June 2016 to August 2021, where he led a team to integrate design and code, securing venture financing and growing a remote workforce.1
• Vice President of Product at Famo.us for eight months in 2014-2015, overseeing product execution and organizational growth.1
• Co-founder of Thomas Street, where he developed digital experiences for major brands from 2011 to 2014.1

Zack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington (2006-2011) and participated in Y Combinator's program in 2017-2018.1 His diverse experience spans software development, product management, and entrepreneurial leadership.
