Dr. Zachary Nethers is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in healthcare and education.
His academic journey includes certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (ADN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Executive Leadership, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Throughout his career, Dr. Nethers has held various key roles such as Dean of Hybrid Nursing Programs, online faculty for BSN, MSN, and DNP Programs, outcomes manager for cardiovascular and thoracic services, as well as multiple education and staff nurse positions.
His past experience also includes serving as a former Captain and Army Nurse for a Combat Support Hospital unit in the United States Army.
Currently, Dr. Nethers serves as the Director of the BSN-PL Program at Aspen University and has previously been involved in leadership positions at various educational institutions such as Central Ohio Technical College, OhioHealth, Brandman University, FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, Ameritech College of Healthcare, Capella University, Franklin University, and Chamberlain College of Nursing.
With a rich background in nursing, education, leadership, and military service, Dr. Zachary Nethers brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the healthcare and academic fields.
