Zachary Rugen

Zachary L. Rugen is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in protective services and events management.

Starting his security career in 2009 in nightclubs & bars, he has since risen to the position of CEO of Luther Management Inc. and Director of Global Operations for RMS Protective Services.

Zachary has extensive experience providing protective services, personnel management, training, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies both in the United States and Internationally.

His impressive portfolio includes managing personnel for International Touring Artists, Disaster Security operations, Civil Unrests, and large-scale events like the MLB World Series, NBA All-Star Weekends, and NFL Super Bowls.

In April 2020, he founded Luther Management Inc., a company specializing in personnel & project management, connecting clients with licensed & insured vendors globally with projects valued over $2 Trillion.

Additionally, in July 2020, he took on the role of Director of Global Operations & Personnel Management at RMS Protective Services, a worldwide provider of protective, investigative, and surveillance services.

Zachary continues to enrich his knowledge through academic pursuits, having studied Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations at Leiden University, Certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida Atlantic University, and Leadership Principles at Harvard Business School Online.
