Zachary Helsper is an experienced administrator in higher education with a wealth of knowledge in program development, data analytics, and student development. He studied Politics at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and earned his Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California. He has held various leadership roles at California State University, Northridge, including University Access Programs Manager and State Authorization and International Agreements Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Zachary was the Associate Director of Academic Engagement at UCLA and the Assistant Director of Student Engagement at the UCLA Alumni Association. He has also served as a Resident Director at Loyola Marymount University and Cornell University, and was the Campus Director of the Princeton University Summer School Program at The Junior Statesmen Foundation.
