App Store Operations

Ensuring third-party apps meet out technical and UX requirements; working with app partners to build the best experience for our merchants; on-boarding apps onto the Shopify App Store.

App Review Specialist

As part of the Guru team, I am a point of contact for Shopify’s merchants. The position itself is very hard to define - it’s a challenging, fast-paced job that requires a thorough knowledge of Shopify, ecommerce, and basically anything related to owning and running a business. The role can essentially be broken down into three elements: merchant support, technical support, and ecommerce consulting. It is my responsibility to answer our merchant’s questions via phones, chats, and emails, whether that question has to do with technical support, or proactively identifying growth opportunities that will help grow our merchant’s business.
