- Drive brand awareness and fund consideration through the creation and implementation of more than 100 Google AdWords campaigns across the entire portfolio of Global X ETFs.
- Target specific audiences (i.e., financial advisors & retail segment) using various channels including online display, digital out-of-home, and print advertising strategies.
- Build and manage all HTML email templates used for Global X email marketing campaigns to generate an ongoing pipeline of qualified leads
- Gather and analyze marketing data, and publish monthly marketing reports to maximize channel investments 
- Manage compliance approvals for marketing/advertising materials ensuring adherence to FINRA advertising regulations
- Develop and manage vendor relationships to assure successful delivery of contracted services on time and on budget.

Ideated and created digital marketing infrastructure across owned, paid, and earned media throughout all stages of the customer buying journey, helping to grow flagship Nasdaq 100 Covered Call ETF (QYLD) by almost 300% in one year.

- Designed, developed, launched, and maintained new corporate website for Horizons ETFs U.S. 
- Built and managed Google AdWords campaigns, including Google Display Network, leading to automated campaign functionality, and ~40% increase in website traffic
- Designed, wrote script, created storyboard, and managed outside agencies helping to execute 15-second national TV commercial on CNBC and Bloomberg
- Updated all ETF marketing material, including fund fact sheets, in addition to ad-hoc print and digital marketing material 
- Represented Horizons ETFs U.S. marketing department at all meetings with senior internal (i.e. BoD, president) and external (i.e. vendors, business partners) stakeholders

-	Public face and voice of Capptivation for all client and market-facing activities
-	Identify potential strategic partnerships to add credibility to Capptivation’s vision and promote awareness of new product in the marketplace, with the ultimate goal of cultivating growth for all parties; efforts resulted in 15 diverse, industry partnerships within the first year 
-	Negotiate and carry out the terms of partnership agreements including development of audience-specific written content for promotional materials and customized web pages

Head of Strategic Partnerships

-	Introduced new smartphone app “Reach Out Editions” to the higher education market and increased client customer base from 0-117 active clients in the first half year after product launch
-	Quadruple Capptivation’s awareness and placement results using traditional and digital promotional marketing approaches including industry conferences, speaking engagements, and media relations opportunities (localized and global e.g. Huffington Post, Vocativ, Bustle and others)
-	Design, program (using HTML, CSS, & Bootstrap), and create content for Capptivation website and Online Console help center
-	Set up, manage, and optimize web SEO and Google Analytics for all Capptivation web-based services to measure KPIs, yielding a 120% increase in inbound product inquiries
-	Conceptualize and construct marketing packages used by clients to create awareness and product demand on at least 25 prestigious college/university newspapers and websites.
-	Sole revenue generator during Capptivation's first six months of operation (from zero to $22,000), resulting from a grant award and the upselling of value-added services
