As part of the Salesforce Flow product team I lead the integration of Flow with Data Cloud and the initial release of Flow's capabilities to business users.

Post-acquisition, I lead the growth of Pardot's Engineering, Product, UX, QE, and TechOps groups from less than 40 people to over 200 people, and worked cross-functionally on the Pardot leadership team as the business grew annual recurring revenue 20x (100x since joining Pardot originally in 2011).

While I have since shed the responsibility of directly managing several of these functions as we became fully integrated into Salesforce, I still rely on the cross-functional knowledge and relationships I built to be successful today.

There have been a lot of twists and turns on my journey so far. Some of my proudest accomplishments are:
- The culture we have built within the Pardot team which has resulted in very high employee retention rates and incredible career growth and opportunities for my team members.
- The incredible success of our customers which in turn lead to massive success of the Pardot business. 
- How close I've been able to remain to customers and infusing their voice into my work on a regular basis. I have acted as the executive sponsor for our largest customers in order to ensure their success and bring their point of view to our team.
- Being the "seed" for Salesforce's presence in Atlanta which grew from the small Pardot team to a full-fledged Salesforce Tower in Atlanta acting as a hub for thousands of employees. I was the Salesforce site leader representing Technology & Products from 2018 - 2021 until passing the torch.

My role expanded from product to include both Product and Engineering as the team continued to grow from 10 up to nearly 40 people at the time of the Salesforce acquisition.

My main focuses during this time period were putting the right organizational structure in place to continue scaling the business: a repeatable roadmap and release process, team structure and organization, and continued hiring of product, UX, and engineering team members.

Joined Pardot during a period of rapid growth to own the roadmap and begin building out the product and UX teams.

Mobilization Labs is the creator of the Wildfire Social Mobilization Platform, which drives real-world action through online networks, helping volunteers to collectively self-organize in support of cause-oriented organizations. Founded in 2005, Mobilization Labs uses its Web 2.0-based technology to connect supporters (volunteers or donors) to causes using social networking principles, mobilize them with Wildfire's Custom Actions, and score and rank each individual's contribution with its Personal Impact Engine.

Software Developer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Hannon Hill I was responsible for planning, architecting, and implementing bug fixes, product improvements and new feature additions for the award-winning Web Content Management Solution, Cascade Server. Leveraging JEE technologies such as Struts, Spring, and Hibernate I helped  maintain and grow the product in a small team with quick turnaround for our customers.

In addition to my roles in software architecture and development I also played an active role in the Cascade Server support community via email, JIRA, and forums.
