Yves Rossier is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, operations, R&D, and business management at Nestle, the multinational food and beverage company. He holds a PhD in Operations Research & Applied Mathematics from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, and has completed management development programs at IMD Business School and London Business School. A forward thinker and innovator, Rossier is adept at developing and operationalizing business strategies and digital transformation of Operations. He has been the Global Head of Supply Chain for several multi-billion businesses at Nestle, and was also the Head of Ready-to-Drink Business Unit and Operations and R&D Manager, Ready-to-Drink Business. Rossier is passionate about driving innovation and developing people, and has led (virtual) teams to deliver solid results in complex organizational environments.
