As the CEO of Northern Industries, he has been able to acquire three business units and increased the number of full-time employees to 220. Yusufa Sey is dedicated to expanding the group through mergers and acquisitions while also leveraging the benefits of the business units' synergy.

With a background in Business Administration from City of London College and Business Management from the University of Greenwich, Yusufa has a strong academic foundation. He has also held various positions in his career, including being an investor at Peopleway, Founder at IPO Capital ApS, Chairman & Investor at STEELWAY BRICKHOUSE, JHT FABRICATIONS LTD, and CEO at AthGene, which he exited in September 2017.
