• Participation in task forces to improve processes, products and digitalization:
o Automatic Credits: Teamwork with different areas, proposing the field survey of opportunities for improvement, resulting in process improvement, base increase and effectiveness increasing from 7% to 14%.
 o New Pyme and Agromix evaluation at the company core, with its subsequent adaptation to the mobile application.

• Restructuring of the monitoring area.  Launching of the methodological monitoring model and innovative tools for risk management.
o Improvements in supervision processes with an increase of more than 100% of visits to branches, advisors, clients and checked balance. 
o Homologize and automate the supervision variables for the commercial network, achieving greater coverage and greater effectiveness of corrective measures.
 o Reduction of impact due to fraud events by 50% for two consecutive years.
 o Launching of a series of tools for risk management and support: branches panel, Zero Fees Panel, Supervision Panel, among others.
 o Support in risk management with a focus on early arrears , achieving an improvement in the containment of new arrears .

Manager of Credit Risk Monitoring and Operational Risk

Dirección en gestión de riesgos a nivel de seguimiento, supervisión y riesgo operacional. Mejoras, lanzamiento del modelo de seguimiento y supervisión metodológica y herramientas innovadoras para la gestión del riesgo en Banca y Microfinanzas, logrando mejoras en los procesos de supervisión, homologación y automatización de las variables de supervisión; efectividad mayor en medidas correctivas; reducción de impacto por eventos de fraude interno; lanzamiento de una serie de herramientas para la gestión y acompañamiento en la gestión del riesgo; mejoras en los procesos de gestión del riesgo; reestructuración del área de riesgo operacional, contando con un equipo especializado, logrando mejoras en los procesos y apuntalamiento en la cultura de riesgo operacional; participación en diferentes proyectos relacionados a mejoras en productos, gestión comercial, proceso y política crediticia;énfasis en el aspecto relacional con la RED comercial.
