Yun Zhang

Yun Zhang is a Ph.D. student in computer vision focusing on action recognition, activity understanding, and event detection. With a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tsinghua University, Yun has a strong foundation in computer vision, machine learning, control, statistics, and optimization. Yun is expecting to graduate in December and is actively seeking opportunities related to their field.

Throughout their academic journey, Yun has gained valuable experience through various roles such as a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology and as a Summer research student at North Carolina State University. Additionally, they have worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Uber ATG, interned at Xerox Parc, Siemens Ltd. China, and Founder International Co., Ltd., and served as a Research Assistant at Tsinghua University.
