Yumeng Bu

Yumeng Bu is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in the fields of business, statistics, and data science.

Yumeng holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, Yumeng also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Statistics.

Yumeng has held various roles in prestigious organizations, including being a Software Engineer II at Groupon. Prior to that, Yumeng served as a Venture Scholar at G51 and as a Big Data Engineer at Synchrony. Yumeng also gained valuable experience as a Data Scientist Intern at Bayer and held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at both the Cline Center for Advanced Social Research and the Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning (CITL) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
