She pursued her education, studying Business Administration and Management for her Bachelor's degree at Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and continued on to complete a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at IÉSEG School of Management.

With her academic background, Yulia has gained practical experience working in various roles at top organizations. She has served as a Human Resources Analyst and previously as an R&D Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gett. Prior to that, she held positions at Mail.Ru Group, including Junior HR PM/IT recruiter, IT Recruiter, Junior HR Manager, and HR Intern.
