Yulia Chalykh is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience working in client-facing roles, digital marketing, sales, and strategy development. She has worked with leading companies such as Amazon and Samsung while leading consultative sales and digital marketing strategies for Google's largest and most complex clients. Yulia has built a CX program for businesses worldwide and across multiple verticals (TechB2B, Retail, Travel) to help advertisers scale their businesses through optimized customer experience and customer care strategies. She excels in stakeholder management, project management, understanding complex commerce and B2B ecosystems, advertising sales, business development, solution-based selling, and navigating multinational environments. Yulia is passionate about ESG & Impact Investing, Impact VCs, and driving businesses towards the Sustainable Development Goals. She has a CEMS MIM degree in International Business from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and has also studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University, and Saint Petersburg State University.
