Yulia Arakelyan

Yulia Arakelyan is a professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and human resources.

She pursued her Master's degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, and Administrative management, as well as in English, German, Turkish languages, English, and American literature at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.

Yulia has held key roles in various organizations, including being a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Eastern Europe at Mondelēz International and previously serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Ukraine & Eurasia in the same company.

Prior to her time at Mondelēz International, she gained experience as the Head of Recruiting and Senior Recruiting Manager at EDELWEISS Management Consulting GmbH.

Her professional journey also includes roles such as HR/Administrative Manager, Personal Assistant to General Manager, and Office-Manager at Bears Food Ingredients and JSC 'Bears'.
