Yuka Nagashima, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience, is a change management consultant, entrepreneur, policy leader, and educator. She specializes in leadership development, strategic vision crafting and implementation, and innovative business methods. Yuka's work extends to startups, government, non-profits, and education.
As an astute leader, Yuka served on global advisory boards in Astia and RadGrad, and acted as the Executive Director at Food Shift. She also owns and leads Paideia Enterprises, a management consulting firm. Yuka was the former President and Co-founder of LavaNet Inc., Executive Director and President of High Technology Development Corporation. She also served as an advisor to Paubox. Yuka was an accomplished instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies.
Yuka's passion lies in building people's capacity and rooting for the underdog. She led a tech-based agency to financial stability by organizing a fragmented tech community and participating in the legislative process. Moreover, Yuka identified funding and created an integrative science curriculum to attract more students, particularly female students, to science education.
