Yuan Hou

Yuan Hou is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of data analytics, finance, and business strategy. Hou holds both a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and an MBA, specializing in Organization and Markets and Statistics, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. With a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics and Economics from the same institution, his academic background and practical experience make him a formidable talent in his field.

Prior to his current role as Director - EBI Workforce Analytics at Comcast, he has also worked in various capacities, including Research Scientist and Analytics Consultant, for renowned companies such as Vanguard and Great Point Capital LLC. Additionally, he has worked as a Post Doctorate Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
