With a BA in Urban Studies from Yale University and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Tsang possesses a solid educational foundation to complement his extensive practical experience.

Tsang has an exceptional track record in starting and scaling businesses, excelling in areas such as business development and product management.

His impressive career includes leadership roles such as Founder and CEO at ChurnZero, CEO at Vocus (now iContact), Chief Marketing Officer at Vocus, Founder and CEO of Engine140 (within Vocus), Founder and CEO at Boxxet, Inc, and Founder, CEO, Chairman at Biz360 (acquired by Attensity).

Prior to these ventures, Tsang held key positions at reputable organizations such as Director of Product Management at Brio Technology (now Oracle), Director of Web Tools Group at Traveling Software (now Laplink), and Product Manager at Xerox.

Tsang also demonstrated his entrepreneurial acumen by founding and leading Milktruck, which was eventually acquired by Traveling Software.
