Yoshihiro Kurashige

Yoshihiro Kurashige, a seasoned entrepreneur and digital marketing expert, has had an illustrious career spanning over two decades. Born in Nagoya and raised in Inuyama, Kurashige graduated from Waseda University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology in 1991. After working at Fuji Comprehensive Research Institute (now Mizuho Information & Research Institute), he joined NetYear Group, a digital marketing agency, in 2000 as a founding member.
During his time at NetYear Group, Kurashige worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, developing digital marketing and branding strategies, as well as producing websites and digital content. He held numerous leadership roles at NetYear Group's subsidiaries, notably serving as a board member and Account Management Group Leader at Netyear Zero, Inc. He also spearheaded the development of joint ventures with major corporations, taking the role of director at Netyear Zero and collaborating with companies such as Toyota and Panasonic.
In 2016, Kurashige founded his own company, Native Inc., where he currently serves as the CEO. At Native, he has continued to work on innovative digital media projects aimed at promoting regional revitalization, such as Hokkaido Likers, Okinawa CLIP, and Setouchi Finder. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of the National Michi-no-Eki Support Organization, an NPO dedicated to supporting roadside stations across Japan.
With extensive experience in digital marketing, branding, business development, and regional revitalization, Kurashige is a well-respected thought leader in the Japanese business community.
