Yoram Woliner

Yoram Woliner is a lawyer with qualifications in Israel and Hong Kong, holding the title of Solicitor. He obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in Chinese Business Law from CUHK.

Yoram has extensive experience in providing legal advice and facilitating business development for Israeli companies operating in Greater China. Additionally, he excels in scouting innovative technologies in Israel, conducting market research, and devising strategic plans.

Yoram's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Chinese Business Law and another in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. He achieved a GPA of 3.27/4 at CUHK Faculty of Law, 84/100 at The College of Management Academic Studies, and 81/100 at the same institution for his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).

Throughout his career, Yoram has held various positions, including Director of Global Strategic Partnerships at Gold Ventures Investment, Associate & Head of Business Development at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM), and roles at esteemed legal firms like M. Firon & Co., and Serge Woliner - Law Office.

Yoram's early professional experience also includes serving as a Legal Intern at Yehuda Raveh & Co. Law Firm and as a First Sergeant in the Artillery Corps at the IDF - Israel Defense Forces.
