Yoram Tietz

Yoram Tietz is a prominent figure in the Israeli business landscape, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm. His role, which he began in December 2022, involves providing strategic support and counsel for General Atlantic's investment platform in Israel, where he acts as a key resource for portfolio companies and capital partners in the region.13

Before joining General Atlantic, Tietz had a distinguished career at Ernst & Young (EY) Israel, where he served as the Managing Partner for over 15 years until his retirement in December 2022. During his tenure, he was instrumental in building EY Israel into one of the country's leading consulting firms and was the Head of the High-Tech Cluster at EY since 2000, advising more than 3,000 Israeli companies.124

Tietz holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting with Honors from Tel Aviv University. In addition to his professional achievements, he is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives. He serves as the Chairman of the Friends of Sheba Medical Center, the largest hospital in the Middle East, and is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Birthright Excel, a leadership program aimed at bringing talented Jewish young adults to live and work in Israel.12
