She has held various roles in different organizations, including being a Board Member at the Caribbean Association for Arts, Play and Psychomotor Therapies, Founder of Spread the Love Curaçao, and serving as an Art Therapist, Impact Lead, Secretary, Communication Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and Office Manager at various institutions.
