Yolanda Magallanes, commonly known as Yoli, boasts over a decade of fundraising experience. Her expertise lies in collaborating with advocacy groups and political candidates to secure the necessary resources for successful campaigns, focusing on both major donors and grassroots supporters. Yoli's approach to fundraising emphasizes a people-centered and metrics-driven methodology. She firmly believes that building strong relationships with potential donors, aligning them with impactful initiatives, and ensuring accountability for promised outcomes are pivotal for campaign success. Originally hailing from Chicago's southwest side, Yoli is an alumna of Oberlin College with a degree in Politics and Latin American Studies.

Her roles have included serving as the Investment Director at ACRONYM, Senior Development Advisor at Organizing Corps 2020, Deputy Director at When We All Vote, Development Director at Organizing for Action, Deputy National Development Director at Organizing for Action, Grassroots Fundraising Director at Organizing for Action, and Grassroots Finance at the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Yoli has also contributed her expertise as a Grassroots Fundraising Manager at Obama for America and as an Associate at The Ashmead Group.
