Yolanda "Cookie" Parker is an executive advisor, philanthropist, and community activist focused on economic, social, and political equity.134 She co-founded Yes2Jobs, a non-profit organization aimed at changing the economic paradigm for under-resourced communities by improving opportunities for advancement, empowerment, and financial equity.1 Parker serves as the Treasurer and Co-Founder of Yes2Jobs.2
As an entrepreneur, Parker created the first digital onboarding software for HR departments and founded KMS Software, which was acquired by SAP in 2013.1 Her global clients included GE, KPMG, O'Melveny & Myers, bebe, TD Ameritrade, and Citigroup.1

Parker received her BA and MA degrees from New York University and is based in Los Angeles.1
