Yojiro Koshi is a Japanese entrepreneur with a passion for economic growth, Human Resource development, and foreign talent recruitment. He studied Bachelor of Social Psychology at 東京大学 and worked on developing the economic growth of ASEAN countries, making many local friends in the region. In 2013, he founded TalentEx with a vision to Empower ASEAN, empowering companies by empowering Human Resource, people. He is involved in two major ventures, the Direct Recruiting platform for Japanese-speaking foreign talents (WakuWaku), and Robotic Process Automation software (Michiru).

Koshi founded TalentEx with a vision to empower the economy by empowering companies and people. He believes in the power of Human Resource development to empower the economy, which eventually helps people living in the nation. His interest in Asia's development started in his youth through NGO work in Thailand, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and other countries. He aims to empower ASEAN by creating a Direct Recruiting platform for Japanese-speaking foreign talents and developing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software (Michiru).
