Yohann Fleury

Yohann Fleury is a seasoned manager with over 10 years of experience in management, operations, pre-opening, P&L, and leading organizational restructuring. Currently serving as the General Manager for Scotty's Action Sports Network, he specializes in servicing luxury hotels and/or resorts with water sports-based operations. Fleury is a results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and goal-driven leader, who has demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the industry, coupled with solid projects, pre-opening and operations abilities. He is dedicated to maximizing revenue, driving organizational growth, and delivering quality customer service.

Prior to joining Scotty's Action Sports, Fleury worked as the Operations Manager for fashion jewelry manufacturer, where he worked with top brands such as Topshop, Zara, H&M, and Carrefour. Fleury is a graduate of Marketing des Produits de l'enfant, Örebro University, and Saint Francois de Salle, where he earned a bachelor's, an exchange student degree, and a baccalaureate respectively. He enjoys spearheading planning for pre-openings of new branches and the actual openings, and is always open to connecting with creative folks in the industry.
