Yogeesh Chandra is the Global Head of Corporate Development (M&A) and Chief of Staff at RateGain, a technology company that helps businesses to optimize their revenue growth. With a deep expertise in deal targeting, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, valuation, due diligence, fundraising, post-merger integration management, hiring for leadership roles, execution of company-wide OKRs, product strategy, NPS, and more, Yogeesh has helped the company to grow and expand globally. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and PG in Hospitality Management from Pacific International Hotel Management School, Yogeesh has extensive experience in managing global teams across multiple locations including Dallas, Barcelona, Chicago, Bangkok, Bali, New Delhi, London, and Dubai. Moreover, he has been the interim CEO of a portfolio company of RateGain, based in the USA.

Prior to joining RateGain, Yogeesh has held numerous executive-level roles such as Executive Vice President at RateGain, Revenue Manager - Functional Head at The Leela Palaces & Resorts, Revenue Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, Reservations Manager at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels and Resorts, and Consultant at InterContinental Hotels Group. He has also strategized and executed on product management, marketing, and customer success with an emphasis on growth, go-to-market, and team management across all regions globally.
