Yoel Esteron

Yoel Esteron is a prominent Israeli journalist and the founder and publisher of Calcalist, a leading financial newspaper in Israel owned by the Yedioth Ahronoth Group. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Esteron has a substantial background in journalism, having served as the Managing Editor at Haaretz and later at Yedioth Ahronoth, both significant publications in Israel. Under his leadership, Calcalist has become a major business-oriented publication, known for its influential reporting and extensive online presence, attracting over 2.8 million unique users monthly.12

In addition to his role at Calcalist, Esteron founded CTech in 2017, a technology news site aimed at providing international readers with insights into the Israeli tech scene.
