Yoav Barlev is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of mechanical engineering and business acumen. He has successfully planned and executed innovation strategies for multinational corporations (MNCs) in Israel's thriving tech ecosystem. A dual citizen of Israel and the United States, Yoav is adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and is committed to creating a holistic company culture that fosters success. He holds an MBA from Sofaer Global MBA at Tel Aviv University and a B.S. from the University of California.

Prior to his current role as Strategic Partnerships Manager at Start-Up Nation Central, Yoav co-founded and acted as CEO of Mint Clinic, a healthcare startup. He also held Director and International Marketing Manager positions at Dekel Holdings and Blade Kiteboarding, respectively. Before venturing into the private sector, Yoav served as a Project Manager and First Sergeant in the Israeli Air Force.
