Spearheaded the Technology Partner Program initiative designed to rebuild the ecosystem, scale the partnership program, and invigorate partner engagement through a high-touch partner-centric experience (despite limited resources). 
•	Proactively onboarded 100’s of new partners able to deliver qualitative solutions for BigCommerce’s mid-market and enterprise merchants.
•	Efforts resulted in an ~80%+ increase in Y/Y revenue driven by a focus on core operational competencies and program adoption.

Repeatedly hand-selected by company’s CEO in a “chief-of-staff” capacity to establish new key strategic initiatives. Lead senior cross-functional leadership teams and successfully navigated complex executable programs that included partners and spanned the internal organization.

Corporate Development
•	Formulated a roll-up plan and reviewed a number of prospective competitor acquisitions.
•	Made a number of key recommendations from a corporate development standpoint which led the company to acquire two key assets (analytics platform and POS iPaaS).

BigCommerce

Global Executive Director - Strategic Business Development

Orchard is an open source, community-driven development project.  The platform is developed on the ASP.NET MVC framework. Its vision is to create shared components for building ASP.NET applications and extensions that leverage these components to meet the needs of end-users and developers.

Orchard Content Management System is delivered as part of the ASP.NET Open Source Gallery under the .NET Foundation. It is licensed under a New BSD license, which is approved by the Open Source Initiative (OSI).

Although Orchard is under the stewardship of the .NET Foundation, the project is managed by the Orchard Steering Committee, based on a published governance model. Steering Committee members are elected by the community annually.

•	Twice elected as the only non-technical Steering Committee member (did not seek re-election for a third term due to time constraints with BigCommerce)
•	Founder of the official Orchard community and developer conference - Orchard Harvest which remains an annual global conference.

A full-service ecommerce solution for direct-to-consumer brands seeking a best of breed ecommerce platform and support across all critical functions. Services provided span from performance marketing, ecommerce platform solution, warehouse/fulfillment, call center, photo studio and creative agency services.  Clients have included Rag & Bone, John Varvatos, Jbrand Jeans, True Religions, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, 7 for All Mankind, Splendid, and many more.

•	Lead the team responsible for architecting and developing the company’s new ecommerce platform.
•	Responsible for driving product strategy, Roadmap planning, the facilitation of project prioritization across the organization and the successful execution of each product/project.
•	Collaborate directly with the Engineers on my team to develop the most effective solutions for our Clients and the platform via ideation, white boarding, strategic planning sessions. 
•	Successfully deliver project requirements, execution strategies, and project schedules for all products associated with the new platform development.
•	Engage with both existing and prospective Clients to better ascertain their near and long term needs in order to build more effective productized solutions for our Clients.
•	Work with our technology partners to develop PaaS solutions for the new platform.
•	Report directly to the CTO and COO and work directly with the rest of the Executive team across the organization including the VP’s of Sales, Partner Operations (Client Services team), Performance Marketing, and the Solutions Implementation team.

•	Effectively managed the Engineering department (20+ onshore and 10+ offshore), working as the primary liaison between Partner Operations (Client Services team) and the Engineering team reviewing all Client requests, priorities and overseeing all related executables.
•	Responsible for deliverables for over 35 ecommerce client sites ranging from on-boarding/launching new clients, project managing redesigns of existing clients’ sites, as well as the daily requests placed by Partner Operations on behalf of our Clients.

• Lead business and digital strategy to launch a niche Social Media platform. Revenue model based on advertising, sponsorships and e-shop revenue.  Concluded an exclusive media partnership agreement with a leading European media channel services provider.
• Successfully won new clients in the CPG, Pharma, and Retail sectors.  Projects include brand identity, CMS, CRM, Social Media, database integration with existing ERP, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce services.
