Yingjie (Angie) Shen

Yingjie Shen is an expert in molecular and cellular mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases and central nervous system (CNS) regeneration. With specialties in novel target identification, validation, preclinical proof-of-concept, and lead discovery, Shen has a strong academic and research background.

Having pursued a PhD at the City University of New York and furthered education at the prestigious Harvard Business School, Shen has cultivated a deep understanding of both scientific research and business acumen.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Neuroscience at The Ohio State University, Shen has formerly held research positions at renowned institutions including Harvard Medical School, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and City University of New York where Shen also contributed as an Adjunct Lecturer.
