Ying Zhang

Ying Zhang is a highly experienced hedge fund and private equity investor with over 15 years of experience in the field. In 2021, he founded Aeons Capital, a hedge fund that employs a long-short strategy with an equities long-bias. Prior to establishing Aeons Capital, Ying served as a partner at China Broadband Capital (CBC) for 15 years, where he managed 6 venture capital funds focusing on Internet and high-tech investments in China and Silicon Valley. During his tenure with CBC, he also oversaw multiple divisions of China Netcom Corp and China Netcom Group as Managing Director, handling strategic planning, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and operational management. Additionally, Ying Zhang has a background as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
