I am the head of the legal department at Moon Active and thus in charge of all legal aspects for Moon Active. This includes corporate, commercial, intellectual property, privacy, IT, open source, data compliance, tech regulations, labor law and supervising Moon Active's external legal counsel.

Moon Active is a rapidly growing mobile games startup (1,500+ employees worldwide), with millions of worldwide daily active users who enjoy our games on iOS and Android.

I am a privacy expert and Israeli tech attorney with years of experience in compliance, commercial, technology, intellectual property and worlwide privacy laws. I have vast experience in working with Blockchain technology, crypto assets, crypto currencies and crypto mining. I gained experience and expertise working at a top Israeli law firm working on some of Israel's largest tech transactions including Amazon. I then acted as legal and compliance counsel as well as lead intellectual property counsel at ironSource Ltd. the world's largest app discovery platform analyzing data of over 800 Million users every month. I provided legal counsel to the largest and most known companies in Israel and abroad, as well as start-up companies on planning and advising on managing commercialization and protection of their intellectual property portfolio as well as defending against the possibility or allegations of infringement. I specialize in all IP aspects of international-commercial transactions with a dominant technology component. I have a strong understanding of OCS regulations, Open Source software licensing, trademarks and copyrights. I have vast experience in receiving appropriate encryption licensing from the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

I joined ironSource as in-house legal and compliance counsel. I am responsible for  commercial contracts including software licensing, OEM and distribution agreements. There is a lot of intellectual property matters which I handle such as a trademarks and open source. The work also consists of drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions.
