It was a great and unforgettable experience and my skills were improved and developed among these 3 months. I found that I enjoy communicate and interact with different people and groups which offer challenges and fun.  

My main responsibilities are:
 Process banking reconciliation and superannuation services
 Provide support to internal departments and external clients by using CRM (Siebel)

Achievements:
 Develop over 50% skills of a full-time employee after the first 5 weeks of the internship
 Intermediate to advance CRM operation
 Handle around 30 million dollars over several thousand transactions, e.g. Bpay, CC, EFT
 Process around 250 cheques weekly and efficiently manage banking and payments.
