Yesim Ilkin is a seasoned senior engagement manager and management consultant with extensive experience in brand management, launch planning and optimization, and sales optimization. She has a background in Biology, Genetics, and Business, with an MBA degree from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business. With a career spanning multiple healthcare companies, Yesim has developed a versatile skillset and expertise in new product planning, market research, medical affairs, and competitive gaming.

Her previous roles include Senior Engagement Manager at Envision Pharma Group, Engagement Manager at CEEK Enterprises, Syneos Health Learning Solutions, inVentiv Health Commercial, and Venga Health. Yesim has also worked as a Service Line Manager, Consultant, and Marketing and PR Manager at the University of Chicago.
