Yazan Damiri

Yazan Damiri is a seasoned Senior Manager, Product Management at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with a wealth of experience in product management, entrepreneurship, research, and finance. He is a competent and detail-oriented leader who has excelled in diverse managerial and entrepreneurial roles. Yazan is an accomplished alumnus of prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned his MBA and BSc in the fields of Political Science, Accounting, and Finance.

Beginning his career in research, Yazan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where he developed strong research skills that he later applied in various managerial roles in banking and capital markets at both Deloitte and PwC. He leveraged his research and analytical expertise to excel as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at MIT for the Management for Engineers course.

With a passion for entrepreneurship, Yazan co-founded Autor Media, where he honed his business management and leadership skills as one of the co-founders of the company. Afterward, he joined the Amazon team as a Senior Product Manager, where he led new product development and launch initiatives. Later, he became a Principal Product Manager at Amazon, where he worked on several successful programs, including the Small Business Impact Report and the Amazon Business site.
