Yasmin Rahman

Yasmin Rahman is a seasoned professional with more than 18 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Project Management, and donor relations across various sectors such as Telecommunication, United Nations, and Government.

Currently serving as the Human Resource Lead at Accenture in North America, Yasmin specializes in designing and implementing HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation administration.

Yasmin holds educational qualifications including a Diploma in Leadership from the Norwegian School of Management, an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, a DPTM in Talent Management from Harvard Business School, and a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University.

Her extensive career includes leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at both Accenture and Grameenphone IT Ltd., where she managed large IT-HR transformation projects and implemented ERP systems.

Being a certified Leadership trainer, Yasmin has also shared her expertise as a Guest speaker at various public and private Universities. She is fluent in English, French, and Bangla, and resides in Seattle where she enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
