Yasmin Paul is a consultant and researcher at Kite Insights, a consultancy specializing in strategic research, content, and convenings. With a strong background in systems analysis, research, and sustainability communications, Yasmin's expertise is built on years of experience in environment, international development, and geography.

Yasmin's journey began with a rural upbringing, followed by extensive work directly and indirectly with Indigenous communities. This experience has fueled her interest and proficiency in areas such as land-use, agriculture, supply chains, and food system sustainability. Her skill set covers ethnographic field research, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, report writing, event management, public relations, sales, supply chain management, journalism, and sustainable development consulting.

Yasmin's educational achievements include a Master of Science (MSc) in Environment, Politics & Development with Distinction from SOAS, University of London, and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from Aberystwyth University. Prior to this, she excelled in her A Levels and GCSEs, showcasing a strong academic foundation.

Throughout her career, Yasmin has held various roles such as Research Lead at The Rallying Cry, Manager at William Curley in Harrods, and Freelance PR, Sustainability, and Development Consultant. She has also worked as the Head of Communications and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Rupert Bevan, and as an Editorial Contributor and Journalist at Positive News. Additionally, she has experience in administration, marketing, event management, and hospitality sectors.
